Insurance & Coverage
Chiropractic care that works with your coverage
Legacy Family Chiropractic works with many major commercial insurance plans, Medicare options, VA Community Care, and properly authorized care for eligible active-duty service members. Because benefits differ by plan, we verify coverage before care whenever possible.

Medicare and Medicare Advantage
We work with Original Medicare (Medicare Part B) and many Medicare Advantage plans. Plans currently handled by our office include:
Medicare coverage note: Medicare coverage for chiropractic care is limited to covered spinal manipulation when Medicare requirements are met. Exams, imaging and other services may have different coverage or may not be covered. Medicare Advantage benefits and authorization rules vary by plan.
Veterans and active-duty service members
VA Community Care Network
Legacy Family Chiropractic is a community care clinic for the Veterans Affairs Community Care Network (VA CCN, sometimes called VACCN). A VA referral and authorization are required before community care begins.
Active-duty authorizations
We work with eligible active-duty service members when care is properly authorized. Contact our office and your Primary Care Manager before scheduling so the referral and eligibility pathway can be confirmed.
How benefit verification works
Important: Insurance participation and benefits can change. Acceptance of an insurance card does not guarantee payment. Coverage depends on your specific plan, network status, medical necessity, referral or authorization requirements, deductible and remaining benefits. Benefit verification is a courtesy; patients remain responsible for copays, coinsurance, deductibles and non-covered services.
